Annotation:

1. The content above constitutes the main contract specifications for the transactions completed by a buyer and seller on the E-trading System of the Exchange.

　

2.Quality Standard

1) The coke for delivery should meet the quality standards stated in the contract specifications.

2) The moisture content stated in the contract shall be taken into account when measuring the weight of the coke. The contract shall not be considered a default even if the moisture content is above 7%. However, the weight of any moisture above 7% shall not be taken into account when calculating total weight for physical delivery.

3) The size specification stated in the contract shall not be the basis for default. If the amount of coke with a diameter smaller than 25mm exceeds 8% of the total amount, the settlement price of the excess part shall be calculated as 50% of the settlement price at which the transaction is completed between the buyer and the seller. If the amount of coke with a diameter greater than 90mm exceeds 5% of the total amount, the settlement price of the excess part shall be calculated as 90% of the settlement price at which the transaction is completed between the buyer and the seller.
