Annotation：

1. The above content constitutes the main contract specifications for the transactions completed by a buyer and a seller on the E-trading System of the Exchange.

　

2. Delivery Unit

The delivery unit weight of a Hot Rolling Steel Plate is 30 tons. The delivery volume should be an integer times 30 tons.

　

3. Quality Standard

1) The Hot Rolling Steel Plates intended for delivery should meet the quality standards stated in the contract specifications.

2) When the delivery declarations are successfully matched, the underlying product should not be expired. The expiry date for every batch of Hot Rolling Steel Plates is six months after it is manufactured.

3) The Hot Rolling Steel Plate for each Registered Warehouse Receipt should be produced by the same manufacturer. All products in each Receipt should be of the same trademark, with the same width and thickness. The earliest date of manufacture for each Hot Rolling Steel Plate is taken to be the manufacturing date for the Receipt.

4) The surplus or shortage of physical products shall not be beyond ±15 tons for every delivery.

5) The weight of each roll of the Hot Rolling Steel Plate for physical delivery must greater than 25 tons, with at least two intact bandings.

6) The number of brands of the Hot-Rolled Ribbed Steel Bars delivered at the same date by the same trader should not exceed three, and must meet the following requirements:

Between 1000 tons and 3000 tons	At least three types of thickness, and the percentage of each type of thickness cannot exceed 40% of total amount delivered.
Between 3000 tons and 9000 tons	At least four types of thickness, and the percentage of each type of thickness cannot exceed 30% of total amount delivered.
≥9000 tons	At least five types of thickness, and the percentage of each type of thickness cannot exceed 24% of total amount delivered.

　

4. Premiums and discounts standards of substitutes

Premiums and discounts standards of substitutes shall be provided by the Exchange.

5. Approved Registered Trademarks

The registered trademarks of each Hot Rolling Steel Plate intended for physical delivery shall be approved by the Exchange. The specific trademarks and standards of premiums and discounts shall be provided by the Exchange.
