Annotation:

1. The above content constitutes the main contract specifications for the transactions completed by a buyer and a seller on the E-trading System of the Exchange.

　

2. Delivery Unit

The minimum delivery unit of white soft sugar is 1 ton. The delivery volume should be an integer times 1 ton.

　

3. Quality Standard

1) The white soft sugar intended for delivery should meet or exceed the quality standards stated in the contract specifications.

Domestic white soft sugar is deliverable during the Sugar Year (defined as October 1 of each year until September 30 of the following year) and until November 15 of the year in which the Sugar Year ends. The discount standards begin to be applicable from August of the year in which the Sugar Year ends. The discount standard is 10 Yuan per ton for every month from August onwards and shall be calculated when making the payment for the delivery.

　

Imported white soft sugar (including white soft sugar produced from imported raw sugar) is deliverable within 12 months from is the date of manufacture. No premium or discount is applicable.

2) The package of white soft sugar intended for delivery shall meet the requirements of the GB1445-2000 standards when the white soft sugar is delivered to the designated warehouses.

3) The white soft sugar on each Registered Warehouse Receipt should be the same grade and be produced by the same manufacturer. The earliest date of manufacture on the white soft sugar is taken to be the manufacturing date for the Receipt. The validity of the Registered Warehouse Receipt shall not exceed the delivery period prescribed by the Exchange.

　

　　4. Designated warehouses and premium/discount standards

　　Any newly designated warehouses and adjustments to the standards of premium or discount shall be otherwise published by the Exchange.
