Annotation:

1. The above content constitutes the main contract specifications for the transactions completed by a buyer and a seller on the E-trading System of the Exchange.

　

2. The price limitations of first trading day are ±8% of the guide price; daily price limits are ±8% of the settlement price of the previous trading day.

　

3. Delivery Unit

The minimum delivery unit weight of Hot-Rolled Ribbed Steel Bars (City of WuXi) is 36 tons. The delivery volume should be an integer times 36 tons.

　

4. Quality Standards

1) The Hot-Rolled Ribbed Steel Bars intended for delivery should meet the quality standards stated in the contract specifications.

2) The Hot-Rolled Ribbed Steel Bars intended for delivery should be 9 meters in length.

3) The Hot-Rolled Ribbed Steel Bars intended for entry into the designated warehouses shall have quality certificates. A Registered Warehouse Receipt can be granted to the Hot-Rolled Ribbed Steel Bars if they are delivered to designated warehouses within 30 calendar days after the date of manufacture. A Registered Warehouse Receipt is valid for three months. Any Hot-Rolled Ribbed Steel Bars beyond 30 days of manufacture should be delivered to a quality inspection organization designated by the Exchange. If the results of the quality inspection meet the requirements of the contract specifications, then the owner can apply for the Registered Warehouse Receipt. A Registered Warehouse Receipt is valid for three months after either the bars are manufactured or the quality inspection report is issued.

4) The Hot-Rolled Ribbed Steel Bars on each Registered Warehouse Receipt shall be produced by the same manufacturer. All products in each Receipt should be on the same trademark, with the same diameter and length. The earliest date on any Steel Bar referred to on the Receipt is taken to be the manufacturing date for that Receipt.

5) The Hot-Rolled Ribbed Steel Bars intended for physical delivery shall be measured by their theoretical weight. The surplus or shortage of physical products shall not be beyond±3 tons.

6) The quantities and nominal diameters of the Hot-Rolled Ribbed Steel Bars delivered at the same date by the same trader must meet the following requirements:

　

7) The agreement settlement reached between buyers and sellers should be executed in accordance with the 《Detailed Agreement Settlement Rules of Tianjin Bohai Commodity Exchange》.

　

5. Approved Registered Trademarks

The registered trademarks of the Hot-Rolled Ribbed Steel Bars intended for physical delivery shall be approved by the Exchange. The specific trademarks and standards of premiums and discounts shall be provided by the Exchange.

　

6. Designated Warehouses

The designated warehouses and the standards of premiums and discounts of the designated warehouses shall be otherwise published by the Exchange.
