Annotation:
1. The above content constitutes the main contract specifications for the transactions completed by a buyer and a seller on the E-trading System of the Exchange.
2. The price limitations of first trading day are ±8% of the guide price; daily price limits are ±8% of the settlement price of the previous trading day.
3. Delivery Unit
The minimum delivery unit is 18 tons. The delivery volume should be an integer times 18 tons.
4. Quality Standards
1) The quality of gum rosin intended for entry into the designated warehouses should be second grade or higher.
2) The logo and package of gum rosin intended for entry into the designated warehouses should meet the delivery requirements.
3) The gum rosin on each Registered Warehouse Receipt shall be the same trademark, same place of origin, same grade and produced by the same manufacturer. The earliest manufacturing date referred to on the batch is taken to be the manufacturing date for that batch.
4) The gum rosin produced within 12 months starting from production date is qualified for forming the Receipt. Gum rosin which has been produced for more than 24 months shall not be used for physical delivery.
5) If isopimaric acid in the gum rosin of masson pine is greater than 2%, then the gum rosin of masson pine shall be treated as the gum rosin of pinus elloittii for settlement.
6) The agreement settlement reached between buyers and sellers should be executed in accordance with the 《Detailed Agreement Settlement Rules of Tianjin Bohai Commodity Exchange》.
5. Approved Registered Trademarks
The registered trademarks of the gum rosin intended for physical delivery shall be approved by the Exchange. The specific trademarks and standards of premiums and discounts shall be provided by the Exchange.
6. Designated Warehouses and Geographical Differences
The designated warehouses and the standards of premiums and discounts of geographical differences shall be otherwise published by the Exchange. |
